Met Con: 12 min ‘Cindy’ or ‘Mary’
Cindy: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats
Mary: 5 HSPU, 10, Pistols, 15 Pull Ups
Finisher: work a weakness for 10 mins.
Thursday
Strength: Front Squat 5 x 2 week 7 of 12
Met Con A: Partner 5 min Power Snatch AMRAP
